About the Role
As a Product Analyst, Finance Systems at Moniepoint, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our ERP system across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with our accounting, finance, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring our financial systems operate efficiently and can scale as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business needs into clear, actionable plans for finance systems engineers.
- Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and new features.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for real-time financial reporting and multi-entity consolidation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to configure and customize systems that support business expansion.
- Utilize NetSuite and partner with Finance teams to deliver a roadmap of strategic improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance systems or business analysis, preferably in fintech or a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of digital banking and payment systems is a plus.
- Experience with ERP and real-time data integration tools.
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
