Who We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities
As a Homecare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to clients in their own homes, including:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Household tasks (shopping, laundry, meal preparation)
- Medication management and organization
- Providing emotional and mental support to clients
- Assisting with mobility needs and ensuring safety at all times
- Planning and engaging in recreational activities such as social outings and shopping trips
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients
- Keeping accurate visit notes and completing required documentation
Shift Patterns & Work Schedule
We understand the importance of work-life balance, and that’s why we offer set rotas with a guaranteed number of hours.
- Full-time rota: Minimum of 39 hours per week
- A mix of morning, lunch, tea, and bedtime calls each day
- Up to 5 bedtime calls per week
- One weekend off per month
- On working weekends, availability for all four shifts on Saturday and Sunday is required
- Two days off per week, with the same days off each month for consistency
