Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the KPMG Graduate Trainee Programme 2026, you must:
✅ Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
✅ Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✅ Possess at least five O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
✅ For Law graduates: Hold a minimum of Second-Class Upper in both first degree and Law School.
✅ Be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) (if required for specific business units).
✅ Be under 28 years old at the time of application.
✅ Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
✅ Demonstrate strong research and writing abilities.
✅ Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Possess analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications.
✅ Not have taken the KPMG aptitude test in the last 12 months.
