About the Role
As part of the People Services team, you will work alongside passionate HR professionals across 23 countries within the Coca-Cola HBC family. The team collaborates with stakeholders to enhance employee experiences and provide HR support, including administration tasks such as hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, and leave management.
Your responsibilities will also include working with data tools like Excel, generating reports, and engaging in virtual meetings to address HR-related queries and training needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Coca-Cola Hellenic Group countries in Learning & Development activities, including training coordination and database management.
- Foster strong relationships with managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure employee learning needs are identified and addressed effectively.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials, system testing, and process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for L&D-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding training and HR processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in L&D, HR administration, or technical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Experience in planning and organizing training events and logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
